The Power of Action

Have you ever been somewhere, done something, or met someone that changed your life? Then you get home, get comfortable, and forget everything you were just excited about? I can't begin to tell you how many times that was me. I would attend this really exciting training or conference and then take no ACTION when I got home.

NOT THIS TIME!

I sat on the plane yesterday, coming back from my beauty biz workshop and did what I have never done before and that is start to plan!

I began to write about WHY I do what I do in my business. Why do I want customers to come to me? How can I be better so that my customers' experience is unforgettable?

I bet you're asking "Kat, what the heck does this have to do with me? Why should I care?"

Well, here it is! It starts with me, but ultimately, it's about YOU! My beautiful customer. You are why I do what I do. In this crazy, busy, chaotic world, I want to create a space that gives you a chance to let all of the worries and cares of the world melt away. An oasis where you feel that you can shut everything out and give yourself permission to relax and do something special for yourself.

The best gift you can give yourself is the gift of self care. Take a moment to close your eyes and think about all of the things you do in one single day. Then give yourself permission to take a few hours at least once a month to let it all go, be in the moment, and unwind while getting pampered. It's amazing what one relaxing treatment can do for our body and mind.

What is one thing that you know is good for you that you will begin to gift yourself monthly, weekly, daily? Is it reading a book in that quiet space in your house? Is it a nice bubble bath with your favorite cup of tea or glass of wine? Is it that facial that will give your skin the glow you've been needing?

I'd love to hear what you chose!

Put your best face forward,

Kat
